NOTICE OF Invitation to negotiate: On behalf of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, the Procurement Office is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed replies for solicitation number 17-ITN-001-BM, for a software solution that will allow DEO to manage federal and state grants, as set forth and defined in 2 CFR 200.331. The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meeting(s) on the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise any notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
