    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a rulemaking workshop to consider changes to Chapter 62-701, F.A.C., that are necessary to implement Chapters 2010-205 and 2010-143, Laws of Florida. The proposed changes include construction and closure requirements for construction and demolition debris landfills, a requirement that all construction and demolition debris be processed prior to disposal when economically feasible, and updated financial assurance requirements.
