The Division of Workers’ Compensation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, January 21, 2014, 1:00 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Pursuant to Section 440.13(12)(a), F.S., the Three-Member Panel is required to annually adopt schedules of maximum reimbursement allowances for physicians, hospital inpatient care, hospital outpatient care, ambulatory surgical centers, work-hardening programs, and pain programs. Specifically, the Three-Member Panel will consider:
• Adoption of the 2014 Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual, which proposes the incorporation of a new fee schedule and modifies language regarding dispensed medications to conform to SB662.
• Adoption of the ambulatory surgical center schedule of rates.
The Three-Member Panel will also receive the Division’s annual report on the resolution of health care provider medical reimbursement disputes and activities conducted pursuant to s. 440.13(8), F.S.
