Notice of Public Auction
Pursuant to Section 273.055(3)(c), Florida Statutes, a sealed-bid auction of surplus restaurant equipment and other miscellaneous surplus property will be held at the Florida Lottery Building, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET.
Items up for bid will only be available for viewing during the day and time established above. No Exceptions!
All bids must be submitted before 2:00 p.m., ET on Tuesday, January 12, 2016.
Bids will be opened Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at 2:30 p.m. ET. Bid tabulation and awards will immediately follow the opening.
Payment must be made by cash or certified funds by 5:00 p.m. ET on January 13, 2016.
