NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Department of Community Affairs has received the petition for declaratory statement from James Reed, on behalf of Southwest Progressive Enterprises, Inc., on November 25, 2008. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 9B-72.005, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.
