FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that Orange County’s proposed project to construct the Phase V expansion of the Eastern Water Reclamation Facility will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The total estimated construction cost is $34,500,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds. Public comment must be received at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
