NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 10, 2013, the Department of Economic Opportunity, received a petition for waiver of a restriction in the application form for the Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Revitalization program, incorporated by reference in paragraph 73C-23.0041(4)(c), Fla. Admin. Code, limiting the applicant’s ability to proceed with unmet needs until all activities identified as addressed needs have been completed. The purpose of the Town’s CDBG NR grant is to make improvements to the Town’s wastewater treatment plant.
