NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 30, 2023, the Department Of Health, received a petition for variance from paragraph 64E-28.007(11)(a), Florida Administrative Code, from Minan Bohlok, Petitioner, on behalf of MB Skincare in Orlando, FL. This rule requires a handsink supplied with running water under pressure that is located within the tattoo area or centrally located within the overall workroom area. The Petitioner requests a variance from this rule to allow the Petitioner to use a portable handsink.
