NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 21, 2012, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Martha Harrell Chumbler, representing Infiltrator Systems, Inc. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from paragraph 64E-6.013(10)(d), Florida Administrative Code, which requires tanks with seams below the invert of the outlet to be watertightness tested in accordance with ASTM C 1227-98, Standard Specification for Precast Concrete Septic Tanks, paragraph 9.2.2, after installation in the field.
