NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 50 No. 210, October 25, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

61G20-1.001 Florida Building Code Adopted.

(1) The Florida Building Code, 8th Edition (2023), as updated by the Florida Building Commission on June 20, 2023, April 16, 2024, and August 13, 2024, December 10, 2024, and December 20, 2024, and incorporated herein by reference is hereby adopted as the building code for the State of Florida.

(2) No change.
