NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 50 No. 238, December 9, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The following changes have been made to the Florida Medicaid Behavior Analysis Services Coverage Policy:

In section 5.2, Specific Non-Covered Criteria, the following has been removed from the bulleted list of excluded services:

• Services provided in a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) facility*

There are no other changes to the Coverage Policy or the Proposed Rule.
