65C-15.017: Personnel

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on December 3, 2007, the Department of Children and Family Services has issued an order.

On September 7, 2007, Petitioner (Victoria Gonzalez) assigned Case No. 07-015W, filed an amended petition for a waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(2), F.A.C., that supervisory staff in a licensed chid-placing agency posssess either a master degree in social work or a related field plus two years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related filed plus four years of related experience.

The documentation that was presented by petitioner demonstrates that she possess the knowledge, skills and abilities that the subject rule is intended to address.
