    FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT

    City of Mount Dora, Florida

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Mount Dora's project involving the extension of the water main, reclaimed water main and wastewater force main, is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects.  The total estimated construction cost is $3,527,756. The project may qualify for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan comprised of federal or state funds.  DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
