NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 29, 2016, the Board of Professional Engineers received a petition for variance and waiver filed by Elie BouKheir, regarding the requirement of Rule 61G15-20.007, F.A.C., that applicants for licensure with non EAC/ABET accredited degrees possess at least 48 hours of Engineering Science & Design credits. The Board will consider this petition at its February 2, 2017, meeting.
