NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT
POLK CITY, FLORIDA
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that Polk Citys proposed Wastewater Treatment Facilities will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment. The potential amount of the loan is estimated at $64,600,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
