NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida has received the petition for declaratory statement from In Re: Petition for Declaratory Statement, David and Deborah Morgan, Petitioners, Capri Harbor South Condominium Association, Inc.; Docket No. 2006059678.
