GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Three-Member Panel will receive public testimony, discuss and finalize the Biennial Report to the Florida Legislature from the Three Member Panel on improvements to the Workers’ Compensation Health Care Delivery System. A presentation will be given on the annual report regarding the resolution of medical reimbursement disputes and any actions pursuant to Section 440.13(8), Florida Statutes.
