DepartmentalNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Transportation received a Petition for Variance from Palm Beach County; International Trade Center, LLC; and American Equities, Ltd. No. 6 on December 7, 2006, seeking a variance from the provisions of Chapter 14-94, Florida Administrative Code. Chapter 14-94, F.A.C., establishes the statewide minimum level of service standards to be used in the planning and operation of the State Highway System (SHS), roadway facilities on the Strategic Intermodal System (SIS), the Florida Intrastate Highway System (FIHS), and roadway facilities funded in accordance with Section 339.2819, Florida Statutes. Palm Beach County; International Trade Center, LLC; and American Equities, Ltd. No. 6 propose that the Department grant a variance from the roadway and intersection level of service requirements of the Beeline Highway (Florida State Road 710), between the Palm Beach County line and Interstate 95. Comments on this proposed variance should be filed with: Clerk of Agency Proceedings, Department of Transportation, 605 Suwannee Street, M.S. 58, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0458, within 14 days of the publication of this notice.
