REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
BRPH Construction Services has been selected as the design builder for the new UF affiliated PK Yonge Elementary school in Gainesville, FL and is seeking qualifications from trade contractors interested in bidding on the project. The new building is a 37,000 SF 2-story steel frame structure on the existing PK Yonge campus.
Trade contractors interested in submitting proposals will need to complete a qualification statement and be pre-qualified in order to receive bid documents which will be available within the next 30 to 45 days. In order to be considered for this project, completed qualification statement must be returned to BRPH prior to 5:00 p.m., December 13, 2010. BRPH will conduct an informational preproposal meeting at: Hilton University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, December 6, 2010, 4:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m., at which time further details of the project and associated trade bid packages will be discussed.
