Enhanced Biennial Rule Review

Pursuant to Section 120.745(5)(d), F.S., the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has published an addendum to the Enhanced Biennial Rule Review Report, which was initially published on December 1, 2011. The addendum is the Commissioner of Agriculture’s certification that the Department has completed the 2012 Final Report of the Department’s review of the compliance economic reviews for the “Group 1” rules.
