    DATE AND TIMES: Monday, January 24, 2011, Open House: 6:00 p.m.; Public Hearing: 7:00 p.m.

    PLACE: Northridge Church, 2250 State Road (SR) 17 South, Haines City, FL

    Session Two:

    DATE AND TIMES: Thursday, January 27, 2011, Open House: 6:00 p.m.; Public Hearing: 7:00 p.m.

    PLACE: First Baptist Church Ministry Center, 410 East Church Street, Bartow, FL

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This hearing is being held to allow persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic and environmental impacts of the Project Development and Environment Study for the Central Polk Parkway in Polk County, Florida. The western leg of the study extends from SR 60 east of Bartow northwesterly to the Polk Parkway (SR 570). The eastern leg connects SR 60 east of Bartow to Interstate 4 in northeast Polk County. The proposed multi-lane roadways would be built on new alignments within 350 feet of right-of-way. The no-build option is also a viable alternative throughout the study process.
