59G-4.125 Applied Behavior Analysis Services.
(1) This rule applies to all providers of behavior analysis services who are enrolled in or registered with the Florida Medicaid program.
(2) All providers of behavior analysis services must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Behavior Analysis Services Coverage Policy, ____________, incorporated by reference. The policy is available from the Medicaid fiscal agent’s Web site at www.mymedicaid-florida.com. Select Public Information for Providers, then Provider Support, and then Provider Handbooks.
