The South Florida Water Management District announces a public hearing to which all interested parties are invited:

DATE AND TIME: Thursday, January 14, 2016, 9:00 a.m., Governing Board Regular meeting; public hearing will commence no earlier than 9:00 a.m. and is anticipated to start after completion of the Discussion Agenda but may occur earlier or later in the day

PLACE: South Florida Water Management District Headquarters, Building B-1, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Public Hearing of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District to adopt the Florida Forever Work Plan, 2016 Annual Update, included as Chapter 6A; Volume II of the South Florida Environmental Report. Public comments may be made in person at the public hearing on January 14, 2016. Public comments may also be made by regular mail or email received by the District no later than 5:00 p.m. January 12, 2016. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the District Governing Board will vote on the recommendation to adopt the Plan. The draft Florida Forever Work Plan, 2016 Annual Update (Volume II, Chapter 6A, of the 2016 Draft 2016 South Florida Environmental Report) will be available for public review on District’s website at www.sfwmd.gov/sfer.
