State Plan Amendment

The Agency for Health Care Administration is revising the notice for an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for School-Based Nursing, Psychological, Social Work, and Therapy services. The previous notice was published in the Florida Administrative Register, Vol. 210, No. 42, on October 26, 2016. This notice is to update the federal fiscal impact which has been revised to $5,757,459 in federal funds for federal fiscal year (FFY) 2016-17 and $6,325,981 in federal funds for FFY 2017-18.
