  • The Board of Trustees of the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: Saturday, January 24, 2009, 9:00 a.m.

    PLACE: Center for Leadership Development, Moore Hall, FSDB Campus, St. Augustine, Florida

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Matters pertaining to the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, including Private Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind 9:15 a.m., in the President’s Office, Moore Hall, FSDB campus, St. Augustine, Florida. With L. Daniel Hutto, President, Damon Kitchen, Esquire, General Counsel, Carrie Arnold, Director of Human Resources. The following members of the Board of Trustees are expected to attend the meeting. Mary Jane Dillon, Herschel H. Parrish, Jr., Edgar M. Turner, Maria T. Rojas, Christopher Wagner, Gerald W. Weedon, and administrative representatives from the FSDB bargaining team. A court reporter will also be in attendance at the meeting. This meeting will constitute a private attorney-client session, as authorized by Section 286.011(8), F.S. The meeting will be confined to settlement of labor negotiations.
