PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment to increase the preceptor initial certification fee.
SUMMARY: The rule amendment will increase the preceptor initial certification fee.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

64B10-12.012 Preceptor Certification.

(1) The preceptor initial certification fee shall be $100.00 50.00 and shall be remitted at the time of application for initial certification, to be included with the initial application fee contained in Rule 64B10-12.002, F.A.C.
