62-302.530:Table: Surface Water Quality Criteria

In accordance with Section 120.541 of the Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) announces the availability of a revised Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs (SERC) to persons who request it, associated with the Department’s amendments to Rule 62-302.530, F.A.C, as part of its Triennial Review of state surface water quality standards. In accordance with Section 120.81(6) of the Florida Statutes the Department also announces the availability of a Risk Impact Statement to persons who request it, associated with the Department’s bacteria amendments to Rule 62-302.530, F.A.C., as part of its Triennial Review.
