    62B-33.024:Thirty-Year Erosion Projection Procedures

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 21, 2015, the Department of Environmental Protection received a petition for variance or waiver. The Department of Environmental Protection received an amended petition for variance or waiver from Petitioner, Steven Tarr. The petitioner requested a variance or waiver from subparagraph 62B-33.024(2)(d)3, F.A.C., which requires that a 30 year erosion projection shall be determined using one or more of the procedures set forth in the rule, including (d), beach nourishment or restoration projects. The Petition has been assigned File No. SL-308 AR V and OGC Case No. 15-0659. The property to which a variance or waiver would apply is located at 1160 S. Ocean Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida. Any interested person or agency may submit written comments on the petition within 14 days after publication of this notice.
