GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Agency is proposing to amend Rule 59A-12.012, F.A.C., to amend an online annual incident reporting form removing the required license number of risk managers for health maintenance organizations, and to strike the requirement of HMOs with an annual premium of $10 million or more to employ or contract with a licensed risk manager due to the deregulation of this profession.
