NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 3, 2019, the Board of Podiatric Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Yanine Velasquez. Petitioner seeks a variance or waiver of Rule 64B18-16.006, F.A.C., regarding the timeframes with respect to registration for podiatric residents, which requires that every podiatric resident participating in a residency program in a hospital in this state shall register with the Board within sixty(60) days of the date of commencement of residency using the Podiatric Residential Registration Form DH-MQA 1139.
