NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 29, 2023, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Unicorp Acquisitions II, LLC at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, 2016 Edition, Section 2.8.1 and 2.8.2.2, as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires an antenna not be placed in the elevator shaft which poses a significant economic/financial hardship. Any interested person may file comments within 7 days of the publication of this notice with Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1013 (VW2023-145).
