Summary:: During the 2023 legislation session, law was created that outlines responsibilities as it relates to the registration of foreign principal ownership of agricultural land. To ensure statutory compliance, rules are being created to incorporate a department form and to provide guidance to foreign principal’s required to register agricultural land with the department.
