NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 18, 2024, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, received a petition for variance and/or waiver of Rules 65G-2.007, 2.009, and 2.017, F.A.C., from Petitioner, the licensee, #5422-6-GA. The variance would allow the licensed group home, Bridge Pine Group Home, to be used for the purpose of temporarily "housing a group functioning as a medical foster home, under the guidance of the Department of Children and Families (DCF), which is an effort to provide shelter for individuals displaced by Hurricane Milton."
