    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting of interested stakeholders to discuss the St. Lucie River and Estuary Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). The BMAP is the means for implementation of the adopted Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs). The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss the allocation process and the BMAP monitoring plan.
