The East Central Florida Regional Planning Council invites all qualified firms to submit proposals for consideration in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
Proposals shall be accepted until 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time), on Friday, January 17, 2014. There will be a mandatory Pre-Award Meeting on January 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council located at 309 Cranes Roost Blvd., #2000, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.
