    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule will include the processes that must be conducted by early learning coalitions, school districts, and VPK providers in order to be able to deliver and report the results of a pre- and post-assessment of students enrolled in the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule will include the ordering of materials needed to deliver the VPK pre- and post-assessments by VPK providers and public schools, the administration of that ordering process by early learning coalitions and school districts, and the delivering and reporting of the results of those assessments.
