NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Steve Nicolosi, CBO, BCA, Building Code Administrator for City of Stuart. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 489.105(3)(c), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board regarding whether they can issue a permit to a certified residential contractor to do window replacement on 2 or 3 story multi-family condo or apartment buildings or if this scope of work be limited to certified building and general contractors. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
