NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that he Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida has received the petition for declaratory statement from Denise Hindes. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 718.1265(1)(b) and subparagraph 718.112(2)(d)2. as it applies to the petitioner.

1. Whether paragraph 718.1265(1)(b), Florida Statutes, authorizes the Board of Directors to conduct an entirely new election in light of subparagraph 718.112()2)(d)2., Florida Statutes. 2.
