NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 24, 2014, the Department of Health received a petition for Permanent Variance from the School Board of Brevard County, Jim Powers (Petitioner). The variance request was from paragraph 64E-11.007(5)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which states, “Lavatories to be located in or immediately adjacent to all toilet rooms. At least one employee handwashing facility shall be located within each food preparation area”; and paragraph 64E-11.007(5)(d), Florida Administrative Code, which states, “Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided at all employee handwashing sinks.” This petition is for the following locations:
