NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Utility Service Company, Inc. on July 31, 2013. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:

The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Volume 39, No. 169, of the August 29, 2013, Florida Administrative Register. The petition seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to clarification of the scope of work for the “Tower Specialty” license. The Board’s Order, filed on November 27, 2013, issues a declaratory statement that the new services being provided by the Company, as described in their Petitions, fall under the scope of their present “Tower Specialty” license classification.
