“The Department is seeking proposals for services to complete a Comprehensive Evaluation for each youth referred to the Department who are alleged to have committed a delinquent act and who is being considered for commitment to the Department. Comprehensive Evaluation services shall be provided by contracted and properly licensed professionals who possess the minimum qualifications contained herein and any resulting Rate Agreement. Services under the resulting Rate Agreement shall be provided in different circuits throughout the State of Florida. All Comprehensive Evaluations shall be conducted in accordance with Rule 63D-9.006, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Comprehensive Evaluation services shall be available to youth in every circuit throughout the state.”
