    Board of Veterinary Medicine

    The Board of Veterinary Medicine hereby gives notice of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on July 26, 2016, by Rebecca McIntosh. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Vol. 42, No. 155, of the August 10, 2016 Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a variance or waiver of Rule 61G18-15.002, F.A.C., Minimum Standards For Premises Where Veterinary Medicine Is Practiced. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on September 20, 2016, in Gainesville, Florida.

    The Board’s Order, filed on November 21, 2016, grants the ore tenus motion to voluntarily withdraw the petition.
