D., and Dan Gardner, Inc. d/b/a Gardner Audiology, on September 12, 2019, seeking a variance or waiver from subsections 64B20-4.003(7) and 64B20-4.004(3), F.A.C., regarding Direct Supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants and Audiology Assistants. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Vol. 45, No. 192, on October 2, 2019, in the Florida Administrative Register.
