11B-27.002: Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on January 16, 2008, the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission, received a petition for waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., from Jessica Suschana. Petitioner wishes to waive that portion of the rule requiring an applicant to complete basic recruit training, pass the State Officer Certification Examination, and obtain employment within four years of completing basic recruit training, because Petitioner began basic recruit training prior to the effective date of the new rule requiring employment within four years of beginning basic recruit training.
