Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 39, No. 7, January 10, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Notice of Proposed Rule is being corrected to add the following statement, there are no changes being made to the rule language itself: The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: The nature of this rulemaking is non-substantive and is only intended to provide simplicity, clarity, and ease of use, while also reducing duplicative language. Because no substantive changes are proposed, the department expects no regulatory costs associated with this proposed rule; therefore, a SERC and legislative ratification are not required. In addition, no information on the expected economic impacts of this proposed rule has been submitted by the public to the department.
