Notice of Hospital Fixed Need Pool for Psychiatric Beds
The Agency for Health Care Administration has projected fixed bed need pools for adult psychiatric beds for July 2024 pursuant to the provisions of Rules 59C-1.008 and 59C-1.040, F.A.C. Fixed need pool projections as published in the January 31, 2019 edition of the Florida Administrative Register, are being revised due to an error in the fixed need pool calculations. The fixed need pool is revised as follows:
