DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

The University of Florida, Purchasing and Disbursement Services will receive sealed bids for the following: ITB06MW-57, W/O 837858, Chilled Water Piping from Heat Plant 2, to New Manhole at Center Drive, estimated budget: $850,000-$950,000 to be opened March 2, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. Local Time.

Scope of work: Provide new chilled water piping, valves, fittings and supports for the installation of piping between Heat Plant No. 2 and manhole at Center Drive along with all related insulation, excavation, backfill, surface restoration and general construction as required. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held February 16, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. in the Physical Plant Division, Architecture/Engineering Conference Room, Bldg. 700, Radio Road, Gainesville, FL. Specifications and Plans are available in Purchasing and Disbursement Services, Elmore Hall, Radio Road, Gainesville, FL 32611.
