DATE AND TIME: March 1, 2012, 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This hearing is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed improvements of Financial Project ID: 426964-1, otherwise known as State Road 15 (US-1 / New Kings Road) from State Road 104 (Dunn Avenue) to Interstate 295. Please join the Florida Department of Transportation for an informal public hearing to discuss proposed plans for SR-15 (US 1 / New Kings Road). The hearing will be an “open house” format from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., with a public comment period beginning at 6:30 p.m. The proposed transportation improvements include milling and resurfacing, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements, the installation of a raised concrete separator which will result in the closure of two median openings to improve the operational and safety aspects of the roadway. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
