The Construction Industry Licensing Board hereby gives notice of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on October 24, 2013, and a duplicate petition filed on January 3, 2014, by Robert Williams. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance filed on October 24, 2013, was published in Vol. 39, No. 220, of the November 12, 2013, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a waiver or variance of Rule 61G4-16.005, F.A.C., which requires, for the purpose of certification, a passing grade shall be valid only for a period of four (4) years from the date the list of successful candidates is approved by the Board. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on January 10, 2014, in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

The Board’s Order, filed on February 3, 2014, denied the waiver of Rule 61G4-16.005, F.A.C.
