GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department of Children and Families will enter into contract negotiations to fill an Independent Consultant position to assist DCF to comply with the terms and conditions as outlined in a Settlement Agreement between the Department of Children and Families and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The desired outcome of the meeting is to reach a satisfactory agreement on the contractual arrangement between vendor and the Department.
